What you get for $699.

Every item below is included in the price. Nothing gets added on install day, and nothing gets held back as an “upsell.”

  • 1

    Zoeller M53 cast-iron pump

The industry workhorse. 1/3 HP. 3-year factory warranty.

    What it means for you

A pump built to outlast the plastic-body units the big-box stores sell. You get a decade of quiet, reliable pumping instead of another replacement in three years.

  • 2

    High-water alarm

Audible alarm wired above the primary pump.

    What it means for you

You hear about a problem before it becomes a flooded basement — not after you’ve lost the carpet and the drywall.

  • 3

New check valve & discharge fittings

    Prevents backflow. Extends pump life.

    What it means for you

Water that leaves the pit stays out of the pit. Your new pump works half as hard and lasts twice as long.

  • 4

    Pit cleanout

Sediment, iron bacteria, and debris removed.

    What it means for you

The new pump starts life in a clean environment — no grit chewing up the impeller on day one.

  • 5

Old pump removed & hauled away

    Full disposal included.

    What it means for you

You don’t deal with the old unit, the wet mess, or a trip to the dump. It’s gone before we leave.

  • 6

Full system test before we leave

Simulated-load test of the complete install.

    What it means for you

You watch the new pump run before a dollar changes hands. If it’s not right, you don’t pay — and we don’t leave.

  • 7

1 year of free annual maintenance

Redeemable any time in the first 12 months.

    What it means for you

An expert comes back, inspects the system, and hands you a written report — so you know your pump is ready for the next wet season.

  • 8

    12-month install guarantee

Any install issue, we come back and fix it free.

    What it means for you

If anything goes wrong with the work we did, it’s on us to make it right. No trip fees, no labor charges, no argument.

Questions homeowners ask.

Straight answers. If something is not on the list, put it in the form and we will answer when we call.

  • How fast can you come out?

On-site assessments are usually scheduled within 72 hours of your request. If your pump is actively failing, let us know on the form and we will prioritize you.

  • How is this different from a general plumber or handyman?

Sump pumps are all we do. Most plumbers install a pump a handful of times a year between other work. We install them every week. That means fewer mistakes, faster jobs, and better advice about what your specific basement needs.

  • What if the assessment turns up something bigger?

We tell you honestly. If your pit needs replacement, or you have a foundation issue, or a different product is a better fit, we say so and point you in the right direction. If the $699 install is the wrong answer for your house, we do not pretend it is the right one.

  • What is NOT included in the $699?

Battery backup systems, pit replacements, major discharge rerouting, and foundation waterproofing are separate. If your existing pit is in usable condition and you just need a new pump installed correctly, the $699 covers everything on the list above.

  • Do I really pay nothing until it is running?

Yes. No deposit at booking. No payment at the assessment. No credit card on file. The $699 is due on install day, only after the new pump has been installed, tested under simulated load, and confirmed running in your basement.

  • What areas do you cover?

Columbus and seven surrounding counties: Franklin, Delaware, Licking, Fairfield, Pickaway, Madison, and Union. If you are not sure whether you are in the service area, put your address on the form and we will confirm.

  • Why only 10 homeowners at this price?

This is a founding-customer rate for our first 10 installs in the cohort. It lets us build a review base and local photo portfolio. After the cohort fills, the standard install price is higher.
